Whilst anyone can raise a ticket on the MirrorWeb Support desk by following these instructions- in order to view your open tickets and see progress, you must log in to the system.
The first time you raise a ticket, an account is created for you. No password is set at this time - so therefore you need to create one.
How do I do this?
- Visit https://support.mirrorweb.com/ and click sign in - this is in the top right corner
- When this dialog box loads, you can click on Have you emailed us? Get a password
- You will receive a Welcome email to the address provided which contains a link to set your password
What if I don't have an account yet?
This is no problem - simply follow the same steps as above and select the Sign Up Option next to New to MirrorWeb?
What about my organisations tickets?
You will be assigned the correct organisation based upon the email domain you register with. Instructions on viewing other tickets can be found here.
