The MirrorWeb support desk offers the ability to
- Automatically share tickets with your organisation
- Allow comments on tickets within your organisation that were logged by your colleagues
- Allows you to follow your organisation in order to monitor tickets raise by colleagues
How do I see them?
- Visit https://support.mirrorweb.com
- Click on Sign In in the top right corner
- Enter your username and password then click the Sign In button
- Click on your Profile Name and picture in the top right and select My Activities.
- You will see three tabs which show
- Your tickets
- Tickets you are cc'd on
- Your organisation tickets
- Depending on the settings applied to your organisation, you can view these tickets and may be able to comment on them - regardless of who logged them.
