Compliance teams need visibility into flagged messages to assess risk and take appropriate action. The Alerts tab centralizes this, offering rich context, AI-generated summaries, and decision-making tools to streamline response workflows.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Scenarios
From the Dashboard, Select Sentinel and you will be redirected to Alerts.
2. Review Alert Details
Each alert includes:
- AI-generated summary of the flagged message
- Trigger details: Scenario Category, Scenario Name, and Areas of Concern
- Associated identities and message metadata
3. Take Action on an Alert
You can take several actions:
- Mark as Compliant if the alert does not require further review
- Mark as Non-Compliant if action is needed or a violation is confirmed
- Escalate to flag the message for additional internal review
4. View Additional Context
Click into any alert to view full message threads and linked identities for further investigation.
