This document explains how to create search templates within Insight.

You are able to schedule searches within Insight. Creating a template for your search is a pre-requisite for this

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log into Insight at https://my.mirrorweb.com
2. From the navigation on the left hand side, select the Communications module
3. Select Templates
4. Click Create Template
   
5. Set your criteria
6. Select a date range (perhaps last week for example)
7. Click Save template
8. Enter a memorable and descriptive name
9. Click Save
