🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to the Insight Dashboard.

In the left-hand menu, click on Communications.

Click on Templates to view existing search templates.

Find the template you want to use, then click Create schedule with template.

In the Name field, type a clear, descriptive name for your schedule
Example: "Monthly Schedule" -
Click on Interval to open the scheduling options.

Select how frequently you want the search to run.
For example: Choose Monthly to run the search once a month. -
In the Date field, select the start date for the schedule.
This is when your first scheduled search will run. -
Click on Time, and enter the time of day you'd like the schedule to run and when you'd like to receive notifications.

Once everything is set, click Save.
