This is useful for a refresher or reminder of what you see once logged into the platform

- Log into the platform here: https://my.mirrorweb.com
- You will see a screen similar to this once you are logged in
- On the left hand side you will see the navigation links

Communications
This is where you can serarch for and review any communications that have been captured -
Web
This is where you can view all captures of web sites if this is part of your contract -
Management
This is where you can view the administrator options if you have this role. It includes viewing members of the team, any sub-organizations you may have and single sign on details

- In the right hand pane you will find a helpful high level summary of actions
- The number of ingested messages
- A count of flagged messages (for review)
- A count of recent web crawls
- A list of recent message actions
- A count by platform of communications that have been archived
- Below this we see a list of recent web crawls

- You can filter all of these panes by clicking on the drop down as follows

- If you encounter
- any error messages in lieu of the dashboard
- the dashboard not loading
- Please click on Help and Resources and select contact support
