Understood how to export your search results
Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
- Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
- The user must have been assigned Communications access.
Steps
1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Communications module.
2. Click on New. Head to new to create a new search or use an existing template/schedule.
3. Scroll down to Platforms and select the platforms you’d like to export content from
4. Select a date range. You will always be required to enter a date range, as an example, we have selected "previous month".
5. Add any additional parameters to your search. Add any additional keywords or phrases depending on the search you would like to run.
6. Click on Search
7. Select the messages you would like to export
8. Click on Export
9. Input a name for your export
10. Select the format you would like your export to download in. Exports can be downloaded in either Native (The format they were ingested in) or EML
11. Click on Save
12. When your export is ready to download, you will receive an email. Click on the Download Export button to retrieve your new report.
13. Click on the download icon next to your export. You will be presented with download options, to either copy the URL download link or download directly as a zip file. Choose your preferred option and download your export.
