Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
- Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
- Details of the user you’ll like to search for.
Steps
1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Communications module.
2. Click on New. Head to new to create a new search or use an existing template/schedule.
3. Click on Advanced
4. Scroll down to User Actions, select Include and then select Reviewed by from the dropdown
5. Select the user(s) you would like to search for.
6. Select a date range for the communications that you would like to review.
7. Add any additional parameters to your search. Add any additional keywords or phrases, or platforms, depending on the search you would like to run.
8. Click on Search. The search results will be displayed.
