How do I set up SSO?

By the end of this guide, you will have:

Understood how to set up single sign-on for your MirrorWeb Insight account.

Prerequisites

Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:

• Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
• An account with permissions to access your organization's Management module;
• Details of the SSO provider you are trying to set up.

Steps

1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Management module.

2. In the sidebar, click on SSO.

   

3. In the SAML config screen that appears, click on New.

   

4. MirrorWeb has pre-configured support for Azure AD, Okta, or you can set up a generic SSO configuration. For this guide, we will select “Okta”.

5. Input your organization’s domain name in the field provided.

6. Using the info provided by your SSO provider, fill out the required details in the rest of the form. If you do not have these details, please reach out to your IT team or single-sign on provider.

7. Once done, click on Create.
