Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
- Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
- The user must have been assigned Communications access.
- Details of the user you’d like to search for
Steps

From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Communications module.
- Click on New. Head to new to create a new search.
3. In the Senders and/or Recipients field, add the user(s) you’d like to search for
4. You can toggle between Any/All to filter by Any of the recipients(individual recipients) or All of the recipients
5. Select a date range. You will always be required to enter a date range, as an example, we have selected "previous month".
6. Add any additional parameters to your search. Add any additional keywords or phrases, or platforms, depending on the search you would like to run.
7. Click on Search
