Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
- Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
- User must have been assigned Communications access
Steps
- Click on a message within a search result
2. At the top right of the message, click on the icon with two upward arrows
3. Enter the email address of your supervisor
4. Leave a comment if necessary
5. Click on Escalate
6. Your supervisor will receive an email with instructions to view the escalated message
7. Your supervisor can now review the message which has been tagged as escalated
